- You receive an initial request from a potential customer, and you assess, estimate, sell, and sign the client. You pass the information to production.
- Communication with potential customers: analysis of customer needs through calls, emails, briefs, etc.
- Formation of an optimal solution. Description of such a solution.
- Estimation of the solution.
- Creation of the Proposal (using WebFlow)
- Presentation of the Proposal. Negotiation, corrections.
- Preparation of agreements and signing.
- Past working experience as Project Manager or Business Analyst for at least a year.
- Ability to adopt new instruments (Saas, CRM, etc).
- Basic knowledge of web technology and understanding the difference between CMS / eCommerce / Custom Development / Website Builders.
- Ability to ask the right questions to understand the business objectives of the Client and offer a solution.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Advanced English is a must.
- Deep knowledge of the solutions we offer, as well as solutions that generally exist on the market.
- Company’s workflows and templates for making estimations and proposals, and Scope of Work.
- Know the process of creating a website.
- Master the agreement.
- Our CRM (Airtable).
- Creation of Proposals in Webflow.
